Open Access Policy
Spark Journal Publisher provides immediate open access to its content, operating under the premise that freely available work promotes a wider global exchange of ideas. All peer-reviewed research articles published in this journal are universally available over the internet without any restrictions on usage frequency. Articles are presented in a user-friendly format immediately upon publication.
Data Availability Policy
All information and research data submitted to Spark Journal Publisher will be uploaded and made available in Zenodo. Authors are requested to use formats that maximize the accessibility and reusability of the data (e.g., in the case of using tabular data, a spreadsheet is suggested). If necessary, it is recommended to publish with the data the algorithms or pipelines that should be performed on the data for their correct interpretation.
This research data policy was adopted on November 10, 2022 and applies to papers received after that date. Articles published prior to that date are not subject to this policy.
Anti-Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts in which we detect plagiarism are treated according to the degree of plagiarism. All manuscripts with >15% plagiarism are rejected without exception.
If more than 15% plagiarism is detected, it is considered highly unlikely that the authors have revised the manuscript. Authors may rectify and submit a corrected version.
The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author's own work, in whole or in part, without proper citation in APA format. The originality of manuscripts submitted to the journal can be checked by means of an anti-plagiarism software tool.
Plagiarism consists of passing off ideas, words and other creative expressions as one's own. Plagiarism takes several forms.
- Copying elements of another author's work, such as figures, tables or illustrations that are not in the public domain, or intentionally copying or using textual phrases without citing the source.
The only exception will be texts by other authors marked in quotation marks and duly cited with their source, a mechanism that will be used only when the textual citation is strictly necessary. Therefore, the authors undertake to guarantee that the article submitted is an original-unpublished work and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.
