Abstract

Experiential learning provides students with opportunities to connect theoretical knowledge with practical experiences. This paper examines the role of experiential learning in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Activities such as projects, fieldwork, simulations, laboratory exercises, internships, and collaborative tasks can encourage students to actively engage with real-world problems. The study argues that experiential learning can move education beyond memorization toward deeper understanding and practical application. Effective implementation requires appropriate instructional planning, trained educators, adequate resources, and meaningful assessment strategies.
