Abstract

Mental well-being has become an important factor influencing students' educational experiences and academic performance. University students may experience academic pressure, financial concerns, social challenges, and uncertainty about their future careers. This paper examines the relationship between student mental well-being and academic achievement in higher education. It explores how stress, anxiety, emotional difficulties, social support, and academic workload may affect concentration, motivation, attendance, and performance. The study emphasizes the importance of counseling services, supportive learning environments, awareness programs, and accessible student support systems to promote both psychological well-being and academic success.
