Abstract

Teachers play a central role in determining the effectiveness and quality of educational systems. Their motivation, job satisfaction, professional commitment, and working conditions can directly influence classroom practices and student learning outcomes. This paper examines the relationship between teacher motivation and the quality of education. It considers factors such as professional recognition, salary, career development, workload, institutional support, and opportunities for professional growth. The study suggests that supportive working environments and effective teacher-development programs can strengthen motivation and improve teaching effectiveness. Promoting teacher well-being and professional satisfaction is therefore essential for sustainable educational improvement.
